These Badass World War II Vets
Tuesday brought the continuation of the government shutdown, including national parks, museums and memorials all across the country.
But that didn’t stop this badass group of 92 World War II veterans who were set to visit the National Mall on Tuesday to visit the World War II memorial, which is technically closed because of the shutdown. The group stormed the memorial, knocking over barricades and fences, in order to pay respects to their fallen comrades.
